Who We Are

Acculead LLC (“Acculead,” “we,” “us”) is a marketing consultancy based in West Michigan. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information through acculead.co and related services.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you download our book, request a custom quote, order the paperback, or book a call via Calendly, we may collect your name, email address, company name, and role. When you order the physical book, our payment processor also collects your shipping address and payment details (we never see or store your full card number), and your name and shipping address are shared with our print-and-ship provider to fulfill the order. The book download form requires name, email, company, role, and your consent; other forms mark their required fields.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-6S83S7X6NE) to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, and approximate geographic location. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies. We do not use any other tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to deliver requested content (such as our free book), respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, improve our website, and send occasional marketing communications if you have opted in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Google Analytics 4 for website analytics. MailerLite for email capture and delivery (book download, quote requests, and notification signups are processed through our Cloudflare-hosted API and stored with MailerLite). Calendly for scheduling. Stripe for payment processing on paperback orders (Stripe collects and stores card and billing/shipping details under its own PCI-compliant systems; Acculead never receives your full card number). Lulu for on-demand printing and shipping of the paperback (it receives your name and shipping address to print and deliver your order). Cloudflare for hosting and security. Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies directly.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Our website is served over HTTPS and we limit access to personal data to personnel who need it to perform their job functions.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
